Shipping policy

We aspire to dispatch all orders 1-4 days from the purchase the date. All items being shipped within Australia are sent through Australia Post. 

Standard shipping for Australian orders is 2-8 business days. The shipping rate is $12.00, however we do offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Shipping is calculated at checkout for items of a certain weight, such as the Hypro Premium Kibble (expect to pay a little more).

Express Shipping for Australian orders is 1-4 Business days and costs $18.00

International shipping costs $40.00 and time of arrival depends on your location. You can usually expect your parcel in 1-2 weeks if you are located in New Zealand and 2-3 weeks if you are located in the U.S.A or The United Kingdom. Any duties and taxes on International orders are paid by the customer.

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, UAE, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland Germany, France, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Singapore, Bali, Japan.

Each order is given a tracking number via email when the order has been shipped. You can track your order at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Damaged or Lost Items

In the unlikely event that your parcel has been lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with Australia Post. Please know once the parcel has been shipped it is no longer in Bosleys control, we do not have the capabilities to find your parcel.
