Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (Australia). If you are located outside Australia you may return the item within 20 days of purchase. However the cost of postage for the return is the customers responsibility both Domestic and Internationally.  

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Please note: all items on SALE are final sale and are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty. 

Refunds may take up to 5 days to process back to your card.
